- Personal Use Only: Products and samples are for personal or professional use and may not be resold for commercial purposes.
- Safety & Allergens: All fragrance items are potentially allergenic. All full-sized items within our fragrance line contain allergy information on their packaging. We cannot be held responsible for any allergies or sensitivity or injury arising from the use of fragrances provided by Dualé, LLC. We do not recommend the wearing of perfumes of any kind in direct sunlight.
- Flammability: A warning that fragrance is a flammable material and must be kept away from open flames.
- Expiration: Guidance to use samples within 6 months of receipt.
- Descriptions: This site contains descriptions of fragrances. We recommend always that fragrance is experienced on an individual’s skin before a purchase is made, and we take no responsibility for any fragrance purchase that you are not happy with. This includes recommendations made by digital apps. Suggestions do not replace trying a fragrance on the skin and making up your mind, before purchase. If you take a link to another website, we are not responsible for any financial loss due to a third-party site failing to deliver goods or services provided by that site.
2. Sales & Ordering
- Order Limitations: The company reserves the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or household.
- Accuracy of Information: Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
- Acceptance of Orders: An order is not binding until the seller issues a written confirmation or commences production.
- Delivery: We aim for you to receive your order within a week of placing it – but please bear with us: in some cases (depending on the day of the week you ordered), it can be up to 10 days. Your patience is appreciated.
3. Returns & Refunds
- Hygiene Standards: We require products to be returned in an unused and unopened state within our set and stated period.
- Non-Returnable Items: We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect. Opened and used items cannot be returned. Personalized items or products not in re-sellable condition are typically excluded from returns.
- Cancellations/Changes: In exceptional circumstances we may agree to cancel or change an order. We can only accept a cancellation or change if we receive cancellation notice from you before we have dispatched your order. You will be responsible for, and your credit card may be charged for, the payment of all fees associated with orders already processed or shipped before your cancellation/change request was received.
