Customers must email the Dualè support team (service@dualefragrance) to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping. Scent must be unopened and in its original condition, including the original sealed packaging, within 7 days of the invoice date. You will receive a full refund, less shipping, merchant fees, and gift-wrapping charges. Due to health reasons, we do not offer refunds on cosmetics and skincare items. Please make your selections carefully. Shipping cost is non-refundable for returned, undeliverable, unclaimed, and packages that are refused. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. The only exception to this is if we have made a shipping error. Dualè will not be responsible for insufficient addresses, packages returned to sender, or lost/stolen packages. All products are subject to inspection by Dualè staff. Returns that do not meet the above criteria may be returned to the customer or destroyed upon request. Returns will be processed, and company-approved refunds will be issued based on the financial merchant’s timeline. Please Note: If your online order arrived damaged or defective, please bypass the instructions above and contact us immediately (within 5 business days). Offers cannot be combined, and coupons/discounts are non-transferable. Tax-exempt certificates must be kept on file. No cash refunds.
